Westmanton Stables LLC is a dressage training service for dressage enthusiasts with their own horses. It is located at Cañon Ridge Farms in Castle Rock, Colorado.
The Westmanton clientele includes juniors, advanced young riders, adult amateurs, fellow professionals in Colorado, the surrounding states and New England. We offer a full-service program with training, coaching and exceptional horse care.
Westmanton Stables has a team of three highly experienced professionals who provide lessons, training, showing, horse care and stable management.
Grant Schneidman, a former USET Three-Day Event team member, has 37 years of experience training and competing through the FEI levels in North America and Europe.
Gold medal rider Sharon Schneidman has 40 years of training, coaching and competing in dressage through the FEI Grand Prix level in North America. Sharon has been selected as a coach for the U.S. Para-Olympic Dressage Team that is training for the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China.
German-born Nicole Gluesenkamp has been with Westmanton since 2000. She is a German Bereiter Fn. Thoroughly schooled in the German system, Nicole has extensive training, competition and breeding education and experience. She has competed through Intermediaire I.

Staff Assistants
Vicki Eppler has been our (possibly oldest!) working student for 7 years. She is also an architect, nurse, dressage rider and full-time mother.
Anna Wood has been a working student since 1999. FEI Jr. Silver Medal Team 2000, NAYRC 2002 and NAYRC 2005 Individual Bronze Medal and Team Bronze.
Loren Kristick has been a weekend and summer vacation working student since 2003. Currently competing FEI Juniors.
